Yet you still intend to modify designs or to install additional equipment and fittings suited to your taste, the following information will be useful.

It is our goal to deliver the project as per schedule. This purpose can be attained only if we follow all items of work well in advance. We do look forward for your co-operation in finalizing your necessities for your flat as early as possible. The following is a summary of jobs, which can normally be accepted.

Plumbing:

• Endow with hot and cold water connections to wash basins

• Endow with paper holders in toilets

• Endow with shower curtain rods in toilets

• Endow with full or half pedestals for wash basins

• Endow with aluminium sliding partitions for shower in toilets

• Endow with swan neck or swirl type for kitchen sink

• Endow with tiles in work area

• Endow with marble/granite counter with stainless steel sinks in work area

• Endow with further changes in sanitary wares and tiles in toilet

• Endow with additional inlet and outlet for washing machine, health faucet and dish washer.

Civil works:

• Converting toilets to utility room or dress area

• Demolishing wall to combine rooms

• Providing air conditioners frames with grills or glasses

• Providing wash basin counters in toilets

• Providing extra counters

Electrical:

• Moving electrical points

• Provision for air conditioners

• Offering extra electrical points at different positions and levels of necessary

• Energizing all dummy points

Carpentry:

• Fixing towel rods, towel rings & toilet cabinets

• Providing showcases in living/dining

• Providing AC frames with grills and glasses

• Fixing mirrors in wardrobe shutters or above wash basins

• Providing wardrobes and shutters in kitchen as per specifications

Any changes that affect elevation, structure or the entire building cannot be carried out. The alterations that encroach into common areas and set backs of buildings or infringe corporation rules and regulations also cannot be accepted.

All requests regarding civil, electrical plumbing works etc. should be received before the commencement of various works at different stages of construction.

And in addition, the clients should bear the expenditure, which comes for the extra works.
