In the field of arts, culture and cinema he occupied key positions like President of Film Federation of India, Bombay, Presiding of South Indian Film Chamber of Commerce, Vice President of FIAPF to name a few. In the field of Social welfare he was president of the Malabar Chamber of Commerce, Executive member of Kozhikode District Tourism Promotion council, Hon. Secretary SPCA, Vice President-Rotary Club of Calicut East etc. In the field of education he was senate member, University of Calicut and is trustee of various educational institution in Calicut. In the field of sports he held position as President/ Joint Secretary/ Member of Kerala Handball, Association, Kerala Power Lifting Association, Handball Federation of India, Kozhikode,District Football/Volleyball Association. Ltd., Kochi, PVS Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Calicut,and Soubhagya Industries (P) Ltd. She is a helping hand to poor and needy one's at the time of their crisis by following the steps of her mother-in-law, late P.V.Madhavi Sami.
